Delivery Information

All orders over £150.00 (exc.VAT) being delivered to a UK mainland address will receive Free Shipping.

Standard UK Delivery Service (UK mainland only)

  • A fixed delivery charge of £7.00 (£8.40 inc. VAT) will be charged for all orders under £150.00 ex. VAT. Orders are normally dispatched same day for delivery subject to product availability and orders placed before 2pm.
  • Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days, exclusions include Northern Ireland and some areas of the Highlands. Working days are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm inclusive. (DELIVERIES WILL BE BETWEEN 7.30AM AND 7.30PM)- please make us aware of any specific requirements (leave with neighbour etc)
  • Standard delivery excludes weekends and Bank holiday - please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.
  • For Next Day delivery please contact our sales office for details.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
  • Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point can't be processed due to us not been able to claim against the courier.

  • A delivery charge starting at £40.00 (exc.VAT) Maximum of 20 kg, will be charged for consignment to be delivered to Scilly Islands.

3. Shipping to Northern  Ireland : BT

Returns policy :

We hope that you'll be delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you're unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.

 

  1. Any product over 10 calendar days since delivery – deemed as non returnable.
  2.  Any product within 10 calendar days of delivery – We must be notified by phone or email of return and reason. 
  3. Items must be returned resealed, unused and in resalable condition.
  4. Charges – Customers will be responsible for returning the items to us - At their own cost.
  5. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment up to 5-10 working days.
  6. If Free Shipping - refund amount will be less £8.40 (to cover original shipping costs)
