Are deli containers sustainable?

Many deli containers are designed with sustainability in mind. Our rPET deli and dessert pots are recyclable, making them a more eco-friendly option compared to non-recyclable plastics. Choosing the right type depends on your
needs; whether it's recyclability, compostability, or reduced plastic content. Always check the product details for specific sustainability credentials.
What are deli containers made of?

Deli or dessert containers are typically made from either PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or PP (polypropylene) plastic. PET is clear, lightweight, and ideal for cold foods like salads, fruits, and snacks. PP containers are slightly more flexible and heat-resistant, making them suitable for both hot and cold foods, and they're microwave safe. Both materials are food-grade and recyclable, offering practical, hygienic solutions for food storage and display.
Are deli containers microwaveable?

Many of our deli containers are microwaveable, but it depends on the material. Our PP (polypropylene) deli pots are safe for microwave use and can handle reheating without warping. However, PET containers are not suitable for the microwave, as they may deform or release harmful substances when heated. Always check the product description or specifications before microwaving and reheat food in short intervals with the lid loosened or removed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Standard deliveries are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days. Exclusions include Northern Ireland and some areas of the Highlands.
  • Express delivery guarantees delivery on the next working day on all orders placed before 2pm.
Can I place a bulk order? Are there discounts available?

We specialise in wholesale food packaging. If you're looking to place larger, repeat orders with tailored pricing, give our customer service team a call and they'll assist you in opening a trade account.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
  • If you’re unhappy with your purchases for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point cannot be processed as we will be unable to claim against the courier.
