BePulp - Bagasse

Here at GM Packaging we offer the excellent BePulp range of sustainable packaging, this range of eco-friendly packaging will help your business reduce its carbon footprint , and provide a greener food packaging solution. Products from this range include biodegradable food containers, soup pots and bowls, available in assorted sizes and designs. Our containers come in capacities from 500ml to 750ml with round and rectangle forms, our soup pot comes in a generous 16oz serving and our food bowls come in round or square figures ranging in capacity sizes from 500ml to 1000ml. These products make the ideal substitution from changing your plastic food containers over to eco-friendly packaging, we can provide custom labels for these.

BePulp is manufactured using a renewable ample resource called ‘Bagasse’. Bagasse comes from the sugar cane plant, made from residual fibres and has many properties, some of which for example are used in the manufacturing of bio fuel and construction materials. When it comes to packaging the residual fibres from the sugar cane plant make it the best alternative to plastic, it offers no harmful natural products or added chemicals that can cause health issues and is rapidly biodegradable helping aid sustainability. When it comes to storing foods, the properties allow food to be held from a minimum -10 degrees all the way through to 120 degrees, making it the ideal alternative when storing cold and hot food.
